System monitoring

THE PROACTIVE SOLUTION

User can at any time log into the LORNO system via the web application with password protected access.

In case of reports from the system such as low batteries, disturbances in the radio data network or new calculations of the leakage parameters after changes in the pipeline network, a system ticket can be compiled. This ticket can be managed by the customer himself or, on demand, by Hinni  taff.

If for technical or temporal reasons the customer is unable to work with the system, Hinni offers various services to manage the system instead:

When the system is handed over, the customer is trained accordingly and can manage the monitoring of the reports and alarms independently. The supervision of these tasks can also be delegated to Hinni, in which case we will manage the system and inform the customer personally in case of tasks that need to be executed.

We offer the following additional service for our customers.

With this option, the configuration of the network is executed by qualified staff from Hinni but the operation of the network monitoring is executed by the customer.

Configuration of the network monitoring

  • Leak detection parameters of the measuring modules are controlled every 3 months. And, if necessary, raise a ticket to request the customer to conduct clarifications in the field
  • The parameter is recalculated and configured in accordance with the customer.
  • A report in form of a PDF file is sent to the client by email.
