Web application
LORNO is a push system. Information about detected acoustic noise changes, which indicates leakages, water withdrawals and not emptied hydrants, are being reported through the radio data network to the customer.
LORNO users can manage the system online. How does it work?
LCU
The LCU is our Logical Central (Server) that gives access to the LORNO data and the system parameters through our web application.
The user can look at all the measured data of all the equipped hydrants as well as look at the incoming reports and manage them.
Critical reports from the pipeline network that might request an action (leakages, water withdrawals), are immediately sent to the user (push system) through E-mail or SMS. The alert level is managed by the user and can be transferred to another person in case of absence.
Through the web application, the user can use remote parameterization for the hydrants or manage system settings.
Hinni LORNO project managers can support the users online as well.
Advantages
- No site visit necessary to pick up measuring data or for configuration.
- No need for software installation.
- Data and parameters are accessible at all times and are protected by a user account and a password.
- Changes are registered and can be tracked.
- Hinni Support and user conventions support the user working with LORNO.
